This is actually another exact replica of a MAC's Steel Blue pigment.

Use with Pigment Potion for Eyes for an intense metallic shine. Use with water for a very very soft gray blue with golden reflects. Use dry (pat on top of primer) for sparkly effect!

Use with blues to get a more shiny blue effect. Use with grays/blacks to get a more smokey gray effect.

Many of our colors are made to play well with others! In fact, I always recommend mixing textures. Colors like Perfect 10 and Soft Rain are very shiny/sparkly! Offset the reflections by using a matte shade (or two) first, and then layer over. For a softer look, use neutral colors. For an intense look, do a full smokey eye and then add these colors to the lid for depth. ♥ Experimenting is half the fun!
